Hall & Woodhouse deposit refund policy:
Guests cancelling a group or individual guest booking 7 days prior to the actual booking date will be offered either:
A full refund of their deposit for all guests in group or individual guest as required, or
Be given the option to move the booking and deposit to a future date to be redeemed by the end of January. Please note: if this option is taken in January, we would not be able to offer the celebration menu, only our standard pub menu
Guests cancelling within 7 day of booking redemption date should note:
Deposit is non-refundable
However, the guest has the ability to redeem a deposit against a future booking to be redeemed by the end January. Please note: if this option is taken in January, we would not be able to offer the celebration menu, only our standard pub menu
